As of March 2026, the Department of Administration's legacy user account management website is now retired. Password reset functionality for legacy user accounts created before December 8, 2025 is no longer supported.
If you have forgotten your password, we would recommend that you set up a new "MyWisconsin ID" user account. "MyWisconsin ID" is the Department of Administration's user login system, which is intended to provide enhanced security and a shared login account that can be used across all new State of Wisconsin websites.
Please go through the instructions on our New User Enrollment Instruction Page to set up your new login account. Once you have created your new "MyWisconsin ID" user account, we can then link that account to your existing Egrants user record. Please email our Egrants Help Desk at egrants@doj.state.wi.us if you have any questions about completing this enrollment process.
If you have already created a new MyWisconsin ID user account and you need to reset the password for that account, then please visit the MyWisconsin ID Login Page and click the "Forgot Password?" link for instructions on how to recover your account.
