New User Enrollment Instructions
1. Set up a new "MyWisconsin ID" user login account.
If you do not yet currently have access to our Egrants website and you need to set up
a new user login account, then you can do that by setting up a new "MyWisconsin ID"
user login account and by following the instructions below.
If you already have a "MyWisconsin ID" login account that you previously created for use
with a different State of Wisconsin website, then you can skip this step and use
your existing account.

2. Register your "second factor" authentication method.
Your new "MyWisconsin ID" requires "two-factor authentication" to keep your user account secure.
As part of your new account setup, you will be asked to register a second factor for user authentication,
such as a cell phone number or an authenticator app such as "Okta Verify" or "Google Authenticator".
3. Submit an Egrants website "New User Access" request.
Once you have set up your new login account, then submit an Access Request to tie
your new account to your Egrants access.

4. Wait to receive a confirmation email, confirming your new Egrants website access.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your enrollment request and set up your new
Egrants website access. Once your new login account is fully set up, you will receive a
