What is "MyWisconsin ID"?
"MyWisconsin ID" is the Department of Administration's user login system, which is intended to provide enhanced security
and a shared login account that can be used across all new State of Wisconsin websites.
Beginning in December 2025, new users who are enrolling to use Egrants will need to set up a new "MyWisconsin ID"
as part of the enrollment process, or use their existing MyWisconsin ID.
If I already have an Egrants
login account, then do I need to set up a "MyWisconsin ID"?
If you already have an existing Egrants login account, then you do not need to do anything at this time. However, we will be
encouraging our existing users to migrate to new "MyWisconsin ID" user login accounts over the next few months, in preparation
for our eventual migration to a new Egrants system.
What if I can't log in to Egrants?
If you have forgotten your password, then for Egrants accounts created before December of 2025, you can use

to recover your password. Please enter the email address tied to your Egrants account, and then a password recovery email will be
sent to you which will walk you through instructions for how to recover your account.
For Egrants accounts created after December of 2025, then please visit the
MyWisconsin ID Login Page
and click the "Forgot Password?" link for instructions on how to recover your account.

How do I change my Password?
For Egrants accounts created before December of 2025, you can use

I signed up for an Egrants account, but I didn't receive a
confirmation email. What should I do?
If you have recently submitted a new user enrollment request, then please allow 1-2 business days for that request to be completed.
You should receive a confirmation email from us once your request has been fully processed.
Feel free to email our Egrants Help Desk if you would like to check on the status of a
recently submitted user enrollment request.
