What is MyWisconsin ID?
MyWisconsin ID is the Department of Administration's user login system, designed to provide enhanced security and a shared login
that can be used across all new State of Wisconsin websites.
Beginning in December 2025, new users enrolling in Egrants will need to set up a new MyWisconsin ID as part of the enrollment
process or use their existing MyWisconsin ID.
If I already have an Egrants login, do I
need to set up a MyWisconsin ID?
If you already have an existing Egrants login account that was created before December 2025, you must create a new MyWisconsin ID login
account by following the instructions on the New User Enrollment Instructions page.
You must create your new login account and submit your updated user enrollment form by April 30, 2026, to maintain your login access.
What if I can't log in to Egrants?
Visit the
MyWisconsin ID Login Page
and click the "Forgot Password?" link for instructions on how to recover your account. If you do not yet have a MyWisconsinID account, follow the
New User Enrollment Instructions
to create one. Password reset functionality for legacy user accounts created before December 8, 2025, is no longer supported.

How do I change my Password?
For Egrants accounts created after December of 2025, please visit the
MyWisconsin ID Login Page
and click the "Forgot Password?" link for instructions on how to recover and update your password.
For user accounts created before December 8, 2025, if you have forgotten your password, you must create a new MyWisconsin ID user account. Password
reset functionality for legacy user accounts created before December 8, 2025, is no longer supported.
I signed up for an Egrants account, but I didn't
receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
If you have recently submitted a new user enrollment request, please allow 2-5 business days for completion. You should receive a confirmation
email once your request has been fully processed.
Contact our Egrants Help Desk if you would like to check on the status of a recently
submitted user enrollment request.
